If I preorder an item, when will it be dispatched?

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All of our items are in stock for immediate dispatch unless otherwise stated.
What's the benefit of titanium?
Titanium is the perfect material for outdoor gear, because it is both very light and extremely strong.
Are your products food & drink safe?
All of our products are made from food and drink safe materials.
Are your products the lightest they can be?
All of our equipment is designed to be as light as possible whilst retaining durability. Often we are the lightest, but this can be subjective and depends on many variables - functionality, size, use case etc. If you need specific advise on a product, please get in touch using the details on the contact page.
What does 'single wall' mean?
Single wall means one layer of material forms the outer wall of a product. Single wall products are generally used over an open flame or infrared heat system. Please see our Why Ti? page for more information on the benefits and negatives of each type of wall design.
What does 'double wall' mean?
Double wall means two layers of material forms the outer walls of a product. Double wall products are extremely good at insulating the contents of a product - they keep warm liquid warm, and cold liquid cold. They cannot be used on an open flame. How much do your products weigh?
The weight of each product is shown on the relevant product page, along with dimensions and other useful information.
I used a titanium product over an open flame and it changed colour. Is this normal?
This is normal and is due to a process known as heat anodisation, which actually gives the titanium a coating of titanium dioxide - further protecting your item. This also has the added benefit of looking cool!
Do your products warp?
Our products are designed not to warp when used for their intended purpose.
